DESCRIPTION

Cicely is an embodiment of crepuscular delight - the soft scattering of clear sequins sprinkle the gown with a subtle constellation of sparkle that contrasts well with the bronze layer of lining. The raw hem of the tulle keeps an ethereal look and allows for one to float about their venue.
